AAIM Counseling and Training

Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy

Integrative Depth-Oriented Psychotherapy

Therapy that goes beyond managing symptoms to understand what’s happening underneath them.

AAIM Counseling provides therapy for individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. Areas of focus include addiction and recovery, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression and anxiety, mood disorders, dissociative disorders, trauma, and marriage and family concerns.

Treatment is individualized to each client’s unique needs, experiences, strengths, and goals. Therapeutic approaches may include Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, hypnotherapy, depth psychology, resilience-based approaches, and other evidence-informed interventions.

Our goal is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to help clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, resilience, healthier relationships, and practical skills for navigating life’s challenges. Through a collaborative and compassionate therapeutic process, we seek to empower individuals and families to better understand themselves, work through difficult experiences, and build meaningful, sustainable change.
